Thats the way i talk lump it or like it i speak my mind like this in real life aswell, and i couldn't give a shit what anyone thinks. Your a biased Joe Calzaghe fan end of theres other Joe Calzaghe fans here like Miles, who atleast can see sense and talk unbiased about Joe Calzaghe.
And i can debate with him just fine but your comments are just ridiculous, you honestly insulted my intelligence by telling me Joe Calzaghe is a more well rounded fighter than legends like Pernell Whitaker, Ricardo Lopez.
And you expect me not to respond by not telling you your talking out your ass ? and lastly i think your the one making excuses now you haven't responded to any of my posts, because you cannot counter them. Just like that other biased nut-hugger Ross, he always runs off and takes the cowards way out.
Ice, you are a very repected poster here but your attitude is a little eccentric. The first part in bold is an example of how your posting is being a bit excessive. You really should care what other people think because by listening to others you put your own views into perspective. Dismissing them just because their view is different doesnt make them wrong. Just as it doesnt make you right. Its a little blinkered.
The second highlighted part is again over the top. It is no doubt a challenge to your opinion. But that is all it is. An opinion. Just as theirs is just an opinion. Its about liking a sense of styles or of aesthetics even, but it isnt a crusade to make sure your point is the end point until the debate is over.
People do not win debates in boxing....unless the fighters actually fight. We choose to agree or disagree or maybe even change our perspective a little. Usually its the former two.
Dont take this as an attack because other posters too have gone a bit mad on this thread (me included recently but on another thread

) and everyone needs to just chill out a little. And thanks for the kind words above. 90% of the time I do try to argue logically. Though I do have my slips, as we all do sometimes.
In conclusion, Joe Calzaghe is undoubtedly a living god.
Joke...no attacks on me please!

Sorry Miles but i do normally listen to people's opinions, but that isn't an opinion thats just nut-hugging. BX is known as a Joe Calzaghe nut-hugger.
How anyone in there right mind can say Joe Calzaghe is a better all rounder fighter than Pernell Whitaker, Ricardo Lopez,
is absurd and that is a fact.
And thats insulting my intelligence someone who has got Pernell Whitaker's career set, and Joe Calzaghe's career set aswell as seeing over 10+ Ricardo Lopez fights.
And anyone who has seen enough footage of all 3 fighters it would be insulting there intelligence aswell.
And to have the cheek to try and insinuate Manny Pacquiao fought the same version of ODLH than Floyd Mayweather Jr is taking this forum as joke. And that just shows you he will say anything to put down Floyd Mayweather Jr.
I may question some of Joe Calzaghe's opposition at times but i also give him credit. I think he is a very good fighter
but to me he falls short of the X-Factor, like Pernell Whitaker, Julio Cesar Chavez, ETC. Have all got
but thats just my opinion and im not saying its right.
But im sick of some people on this forum saying im a Joe Calzaghe hater, when i give him credit just because im not a fan doesn't make me a hater. He's done very well to keep at a very high level i have to say im a bit disappointed he retired.
After beating a very shot Roy Jones Jr i would have liked him to finish off his career. By beating Bernard Hopkins without controversy or beat two young upcoming fighters like Chad Dawson, Carl Froch, ETC.
I think he's been unlucky he was in a weak Super Middleweight era, but i still feel he could of done something about it by moving up in weight much earlier. Overall he's 46-0 you can't argue with that but i just can't help get the feeling, that for alot of his career he wasted his talent.
