Should the Khan/Barrera fight have been called a no contest?

What my concern about that cut is, it's where a metal plate was implanted in Barrera's skull years ago...

That cut is horrendous, even deeper and longer than I thought it was with the blood wiped away.

It's long but no way to tell from the picture how deep it is... BTW, I didn't read in the RBR thread your post calling to stop the fight... Or did I miss it?? ...

Oh, come on now he has an Aladdin Sane lightning bolt down the side of his head! It's a monster cut to have, and even if we cannot specify it's depth we can see how long it is and remember how it was spurting and gushing. It's a horrible cut, I don't think it needs debating.

I don't recall posting at all on the RBR during the fight. I was too busy actually watching it. I posted prior to it starting and afterwards, not at all while the fight was actually happening though. Just because I did not jump into the RBR does not mean I didn't think it should have been stopped. Personally, I would have had it stopped in the second and definitely the doctor should have disallowed Marco to continue in the fourth.
