Thank you all for the information, I'm now eating my 5 meals a day. I do have a couple of questions to ask though. To Dizaster, what areas should I be targeting the most for muscle weight gain and should I be doing these workouts less often? Also I have to walk long distances everyday, will this hinder my weight gain?

.... I have too... well I'm not Dizaster but I gotta say heavy squats are the best muscle-mass gaining exercise out there.
