I'm 18, about 5'10 and weigh 153lbs. Could somebody please tell me a good way to reach 160 without getting out of shape and losing stamina/speed?
Much appreciated.

Find out how many calories your burning(your BMR + the number of cals you're burning during workouts), then eat more. Tone down the amount of work your doing, especially cardio, and eat.
Thanks for the reply, I'm trying to get my weight up for middleweight. What kind of meals should I have? Do I spread multiple meals throughout the day or do I eat normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner but more food?
I see, is this budget friendly?
These 5 or 6 meals should be smaller but at the end of the day you should have eaten more so it shouldn't be too unfriendly on the budget. Don't eat too much however, or you will be building excess fat. Gaining muscle takes time.
How to gain weight and build muscle is my favourite website for weight gain advice... I have the full e-book if you have any specific questions that you want answered etc.. But that website tells you quite a lot of good stuff that will get you where you want to go..

Thank you all for the information, I'm now eating my 5 meals a day. I do have a couple of questions to ask though. To Dizaster, what areas should I be targeting the most for muscle weight gain and should I be doing these workouts less often? Also I have to walk long distances everyday, will this hinder my weight gain?
Long distance walking isn't really going to raise your metabolism so as long as you replace the calories that you used I don't think so.
Before you do put weight on, have a look at your Genetic Line if this is to do with Boxing.

No one exercise is going to make ugrow muscle. You need a good routine, a lot of effort, the right amount of rest, and a shit load of good food.
