Do you even know how to read?

Here, I will try to explain it to you in as simple of terms as possible, since you seem to have a problem with reading the document.

- Look at page 3
- Look at point #7
- Point #7 states that one pad was sent for analysis, and the results were that a white flaky substance was found on the pad, and within the interstices of the gauze itself. So you see, since the substance was found throughout the whole pad, it cannot be claimed as being a "trace amount".

- Look at page 3
- Look at point #8
- Hmmm, the hearing takes place.

You see, the number 8 comes after the number 7, therefore what took place on point #7, came before what happened on point #8.

You got that so far?

- Look at page 4
- Look at point #9
- Point #9 states that during the hearing the 2nd pad was at the lab to be analyzed.

You see, 2 comes after 1, therefore the 2nd pad was sent to the lab during the hearing, after the 1st pad had already been analyzed.

Are you catching on yet?

- Look at page 4
- Look at points #1 and #2 under the "Legal Conclusions" title
- Both points state it was a "plaster like substance". Now if it was sulpher only, they would not use the word plaster, because sulpher alone does not make plaster. If the commision were to use the word plaster, if in fact, it was sulpher only, they would leave themselves open for legal actions by stating the wrong substance. And if it was sulpher only, the report would have stated the word "sulpher" as the substance.

I hope that you were able to understand my explanation, I tried to explain it as simple as possible.

So when are you going to post your proof?

Just read the date on that paper when that hearing was held. The only thing discovered in the wrap was sulpher which is found in plaster but also in hand creme
The first pad was "analyzed" in the dressing room day of the
fight by the so called CA commision. Look at the date on that report.
Dont forget the wonderful CA commision's own inspector passed that wrap as OK and signed off on it too. Is that why he was later removed I wonder? lol
Provide proof that Tony Margarito knowingly tried to load his gloves and I'd be one of the first calling for a lifetime ban. Up till now no one has been able to do that

If what you say could be proven Mararito would have been banned for life and rightly so. But they cannot find proof only that the pads he had were technically illegal which is why he isnt on a lifetime ban.
You guys are so quick to accuse Margarito of cheating but you ignore Moselys previous steroid abuse. Margaritos fans could easliy claim Mosely;s sudden dramatic improvement could be due to him using Hgh why is not detectable by the pee test given to fighters. But they are not haters like some of you are

Just about all the writers and experts who are more privy to the inside info believe this guy put his contemporaries in harms way with loaded gloves. The info that you ignore proves it, let alone all the other ambiguities suggest he cheated more than he didnt.
