Cotto is a big junior welterweight and an average-above average sized welterweight. At 145, Cotto will be fast enough for and still bigger than Manny. If Cotto weighs between 160-170 on fight night, then he will be a sitting duck for Manny.

lol he won't fight Mayweather but Marquez a year from now is realistic, maybe not exactly 12 months, but say by the end of 2010. I see no reason why Khan, as long as he continues to improve won't be too fast, young and even smart for Marquez.

People seem to assume Marquez would just open up and blow him away but Khan WON'T be fighting like that any more. Against Marquez, Roach would have it ingrained into him more than ever to just get in and out and keep away.

Marquez isn't hard to hit and he'll be in his late thirties and probably coming off a loss to Floyd so the tide will shift. Who would have thought 18 months ago that Khan could beat Marco Antonio Barrera?

Nobody stays at the top for ever and Khan will have a decent chance at upsetting him by the end of 2010 imo.

PS. I'm NOT saying Khan could beat Marquez right now, I'm talking end of next of year. All you who scoff who would thought a couple years ago that Carl Froch could ko Jermain Taylor?
