Pacquiao takes it if he fights the same fight, he fought against DLH, which was lateral movement, and quick counters in and out. Pacquiao's speed is a huge factor in this fight.

Cotto wins if he applys pressure behind his jab, works to get to Pacquaio's body early and is able to maintain a good workrate, if he can do these things, i think he will take Pacquiao out. His power and size advantage are huge factors in this fight and he will have to try and use them.

I like both fighters but i'm a bigger fan of Cotto so i'm rooting for him.

I will be happy whoever wins though.
Agree with you. Cotto's jab will be a key weapon in this fight.

People are overlooking Cotto in this fight because he struggled with the massive and skilled Clottey.

Pacquiao is a better fighter than Clottey but stylistically is a easier matchup for Cotto because Cotto has only really struggled with fighters who were bigger than him (Margarito and Clottey).

The Snapshot of Pacs last 2 fights dont make a damn bit of differnce against Cotto

    1) when was the last time you saw Cotto run in after an opponent without headmovement or a jab? Cotto dosent charge after his opponent

    2) When has Cotto not been a Superb counterpuncher? He isint going to be a zombie like Delahoya and allow many to throw without major consequences.

Roach and Pac are opportunists and they picked Hatton as a good style for Pac and a Zombie in Delahoya.. Cotto is going to punish Pac really bad. What Miguel is going to do to Manny's body will be a brutal display

He's still sticking with Jose Santiago.

While I do not know very much about Santiago, I can't image that's a good decision considering Cotto is going up against the best fighter in the sport who is trained by arguably the best trainer in the sport. Roach, as much as I dislike him, is a master of putting together the right gameplan and Cotto is going to need an experienced trainer who can counter it.

Yeah, I wish that Miguel had someone with more experience coming into this fight with him, but I have to trust that Miguel knows what he is doing. Miguel is extremely smart in the ring, and knows how to make adjustments as necessary. I think Manny will probably win the early rounds on speed and output, but Manny has never been in the ring with someone with Miguel's power. I think Miguel will break him down with those body shots eventually, and take over the fight to win by late TKO.

People keep saying that Miguel isn't the same since the Margacheato fight. I ask how? He did exactly what he should have done against Jennings, and he fought a tough fight against Clottey with one eye. Seriously though, name one fighter that has looked good against Clottey? He's the kind of fighter that it is extremely hard to look good against, let alone do it with a severe handicap.

I'm actually kind of glad that a lot of people are underestimating Cotto, it will make it that much sweeter for me when he wins.

Actually, this is the kind of fight that I hate, because I am a fan of both fighers, and I know that both fighters are going to leave everything they have in the ring, therefore I hate that someone has to lose.
