Thats not what the question meant.
I meant it as Can I still join boxing?
and
Do you guys think there is anyway to still strengthen my shoulder muscles for boxing.
Also whats a physiotherapist.

With your track record its not a good idea. Obviously your shoulders cant take impact.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

That sucks
I've always wanted to be a boxer... for like so long now. And now its fucked up because my shoulder.. so gay.
I've had that surgery, ligaments get tightened up and attached to bone via a staple or two is how it happened for me.
My doctor told me it was quite a common surgery for athletes, and I was led to believe they'd be more or less as good as new, and since the surgeery I've had no problems.
So don't be too quick to write off your boxing career.
A bit confused here, you had surgery but can't remember when and you don't know what Physio is. Where did you get the surgery, you should be speaking to your doctor if you were not recommended for a course of recovery physio.
Even given that you have had the surgery and it may make things better I don't know how long your shoulders will hold out once you start some serious training.
CGM, were you pretty active at the point you had your surgery, seems like there could be an inherant weakness for Jereme, was yours down to wear and tear?
No, it's not that I was particularly active, I just had bad luck, accidental injuries that knock my shoulder right out of joint, And by this I don't mean a Hopkins injury, it popped out and stayed out till it got pulled back in. After a few times my Doctor told my the ligaments had become very loose, and that I should get them tightened up. Point being that once this was done I had a pretty good shoulder.
I didn't gather from Jerome's thread whether it was a congenital defect thing, or whether he just had bad luck. Once yu have the injury a couple times, you become vulnerable to additional injuries until you have it fixed. Once it gets fixed, then it can be a whole new ballgame.
I don't know all Jerome's circumstances. Such as how it happened. But I don't think that the mere fact that he has had a number shoulder dislocations is evidence in and of itself that his boxing career is over.
Maybe it is, but not from what I can determine here. The only advice I was giving was don't rush to judgement, consider all the angles. Get advice from a sports injury specialist. And then decide whtehr to hang them up.

There is a study of an alternate healing practice that works very well for all things.
It has to do with what we feel deeply on a subconscious level and how that can eventually erupt out into a material problem within the body.
This can occur because the body obeys the mind set and the mind obeys your deeper feelings whether they are on a fully conscious level or if not, from the sub conscious level below that.
Joints therefore represent the ease in which we can change direction in our lives.
Shoulders represent whether we chose to carry a burden and see life as being just that.
So to correct the sub conscious feelings; You have to re affirm mentally so that your (conscious thought patterns) learn how to overrule the sub pattern of deeper feeling.
The correct thing for that injury to say over and over to yourself Is :
"I allow all of my life experience to be joyous and loving ,I am always going in the best direction for me, I easily flow with any changes".
If you write that down and read it out to yourself alot you will be surprised how you can clear the problem right from the source, then all the other ways of phsio, medicine, eastern or western; will be backed up fully by you.
Not at all, dont smoke. I do see your point though, I used to have the same one.
Thousands of people have cured themselves the world over; even from cancers and all sorts of stuff, all from going back into the real cause.
If we were all the same and the same thing cured or made us all Ill, i could understand western medicine and peoples protection of it over some others.
But we are very intricate individual layered pieces of work and some subtle effects can grow into a belief and then they can have material effects into other parts of our being.
You can start to reverse allot of things from within yourself if you want to.
