There is a study of an alternate healing practice that works very well for all things.
It has to do with what we feel deeply on a subconscious level and how that can eventually erupt out into a material problem within the body.

This can occur because the body obeys the mind set and the mind obeys your deeper feelings whether they are on a fully conscious level or if not, from the sub conscious level below that.

Joints therefore represent the ease in which we can change direction in our lives.

Shoulders represent whether we chose to carry a burden and see life as being just that.

So to correct the sub conscious feelings; You have to re affirm mentally so that your (conscious thought patterns) learn how to overrule the sub pattern of deeper feeling.

The correct thing for that injury to say over and over to yourself Is :

"I allow all of my life experience to be joyous and loving ,I am always going in the best direction for me, I easily flow with any changes".

If you write that down and read it out to yourself alot you will be surprised how you can clear the problem right from the source, then all the other ways of phsio, medicine, eastern or western; will be backed up fully by you.

Not at all, dont smoke. I do see your point though, I used to have the same one.

Thousands of people have cured themselves the world over; even from cancers and all sorts of stuff, all from going back into the real cause.

If we were all the same and the same thing cured or made us all Ill, i could understand western medicine and peoples protection of it over some others.

But we are very intricate individual layered pieces of work and some subtle effects can grow into a belief and then they can have material effects into other parts of our being.

You can start to reverse allot of things from within yourself if you want to.

I suppose. But for me, falling over sideways had a lot to do with it.

Sure thing, so could being drawn and quartered or put to the rack like back in the old days. Thats from the other end of the scale.

I just thought after such an insightful spiel from yourself, falling over sideways had a certain comic appeal. But I'm a big believer in the power of the mind and it's effect on the body. "The power of positive thinking" is more than just a cliche.

I just thought falling over sideways (true) sounded funny after such an insightful spiel. But yeah, the relationship between body and mine should not be underestimated,

once a ligament has been over stretched the elasticity will never come back. Hence the reason why a reco in nessasary to shorten the ligaments to try stop the joint from popping out again.

I have had two recos on my right ankle and the second time they removed the ligament and replaced it with a tendon, as the ligament was usless at stabilizing my ankle. Now my ankle is 95% back to normal.

You really do need physio to rebuild the muscle around the join, without doing it your not giving yourself the best chance of total recovery.

There is no reson why you couldnt box but some advice from a sports physio/doc would be advised first

MAIN POINT: Do see a physio
