This video that Manny Pacquiao is perfectly able to undergo blood tests without too much difficulty. So, he has no real reason to object to random blood testing then, right?

Team Pac's concern is it will distract their normal training routine. The random test will be new to them, unlike Floyd who was olympian.

If by 'training regime' you mean 'subtance cycling' then you could be right. I can't think of any other reason.
