1. The video shows Pac is not afraid of the needle.

2. But Pac took the test just days (inside a week or 2) before he fought Hatton. Someting like the Mayweathers asking him to do.

so why cant he do it now ?

Coz NSAC says he doesn't have to. If Keith Kizer ask him to, I bet Pac will.

the same nsac that let mosleys epo use go unnoticed ?
