It's all down to hard work in the gym. He's the hardest-working fighter out there apart from Pacneedle. Adamek has an incredible work ethic, he's a unique once-in-a-lifetime athlete, defying age and physiology.

Plenty of Cruiserweights would weigh around 220 weeks away from a fight. Im sure Haye and the like did. Its just he wouldnt boil down as much cos there is no need. Adamek did look like he always struggled to make 175.
Always weary of the best cruisers jumping up,does not always pan out.But I get the feeling Adamek will be one helluva fun ride.Would not want to see him push past 220 though.
Doesn't matter....he gets hit too much to do anything at heavyweight UNLESS he fights the right fighters but eventually he's going to fight someone that either has good defense and can box or someone who can dish it out better than he can take it.
...I think his defense will fail him before his speed does. Evander had very good blocking and countering which is why he did so well for so long.
Lets hope he comes through the Estrada fight ok and the Arreola fight is made I would pay to watch that.
Getting bigger does not lead to accusations as much as avoiding drug testing. If Adamek is asked for random drug testing and refuses it then he will be albeled as a cheat like Pac.
If Adamek comes out and blasts top heavies the fuck out and loses none of his speed then ask the questions too. Being well over 6 foot makes purring on weight easier too. Between ages 23 and 26 i've put on 24 pounds doing weight trianing and eating more hardly even trying.

Accusations have started way before the negotiation.
He wont be labeled as a cheat even if he has done all that without actual proof.
More astonishing feat has been done before.
Could you imagine a fighter ruling 126, 135 and 147 at the same time?
a fighter at 43 yrs old dominating a much younger Lineal champion?
Actually, I don't think it is questionable at all: Adamek is 6.2 with a very big bones set, he was looking a bit compressed at 175 and he doesn't look overcharged at 220. Hard work and eating tons of proteins can make wonders if you're doing it properly. I think that in that respect he's just a hard worker, not sure if he can win a world title while the Klitschko are there but I for sure would pit him against Haye any day of the week and expect him to win![]()
