People who support Cotto are saying this fight is just so easy for their man, a tune up. So if Cotto loses to this easy tune up opponent is it because...

    A, Mayorga is underrated or

    B, Cotto is overrated ?
Neither, it'll just mean Cotto should retire. Mayorga is a slugger, who isn't active an is getting on. Cotto is all skill. His resume proves he isn't overrated. If he loses it, it'll just mean its time.
Well! Youv changed your tune! Your actual words were "there is no risk"

So if Mayorga wins, that means either

    A, Mayorga is underrated or

    B, Cotto is overrated
Well my answer was based on your question "So if Cotto loses to this easy tune up opponent is it because..."

Personally, I don't believe there is a risk, because I don't think Cotto is done, and I think he handles Mayorga with ease. So I haven't changed my tune, I was just answering your question.

It doesn't mean Cotto is overrated or Mayorga is underrated at all. For example, prime for prime, Jose Luis Castillo & Arturo Gatti would kick the crap out of Alfonso Gomez. Gomez beat them both. Is it because Gomez is underrated and both of those guys were overrated? No. It's because they were both shot to shit.

At the point in their careers they fought, for it to be a shock would mean one was either over or underrated.

People get upset because they cant predict the outcome of fights accurately and just want to avoid the question. You have said there is no risk to Cotto in his next fight. Now if his next opponent beats him when he apparently in your eyes posed no risk then that means you have either overrated Cotto or underrated Mayorga. Personally, I feel you are massively underrating Mayorga by seeing him as no threat

So you think Mayorga wins it? Are you overrating Mayorga or underrating Cotto?

Talk me round here, because bar the Forrest fights and Vargas fight, Mayorga has lost every one of his big fights. Cotto has won the majority of his big fights. So what makes you believe Mayorga wins?
