...well to be completely accurate here (and not just an asshole) you must admit Wlad got up a number of times whereas other fighters with as many or even more KO losses (Mike Tyson) usually got knocked down once and stayed down.

Wlad like many other heavyweight greats has also gotten up from being knocked down in order to WIN a fight....Lennox Lewis never did that...just saying

I know 1 thing and many will agree with me, that an old, semi-shot, out of shape, inactive Lewis managed to tore up prime Vitali's face. In fact that version would still beat Wlad today or has a high chance of doing it.

And as I guess ONLY I will point out to you it was a short notice fight for Vitali too and we can't judge how 1 fighter would do against 1 brother based on how he did vs the other...My prime examples Chris Byrd and Corrie Sanders. Lennox never fought Wlad so you can't just make wild ass assumptions about how who would do against who especially if both camps were given a full training camp to prepare.

But I digress....continue your Klitschko bashing, go right along your merry way

Haye is hype, Wlad has earned his right as a true champion and been more active that Vitali so is better champ.

Wlad could not beat the Bowe that fought Holyfield the first time but the other versions after he could have. The rest of the other competition in the 90's he beats bar Lewis and certain versions of Holyfield.

Really we're going to hate on wlad cause he's been on his ass eleven times in his career? The bashing is getting rather stupid, other fighters get praised for their great awesome jab(winky) wlad gets hated on for being borring and predictible, bunch of effin nonsense. I'm really startin to think if he was american he'd be much more liked by americans, and well if he was from the uk they wouldn't be able to stop slobbering over him.

A tall, handsome, WHITE, American HW Champion? Can you imagine the revenue that would generate?

But no lyle see that's completely different because well lenox was a brit and undertrained for those fights...lenox is an atg no question about it but yeah he got ktfo out by two less than stellar opponents himself yet he doesn't get that much slag for it...

Oh totally, when Lennox trained hard he actually had a great chin....and he NEVER jabbed or boxed safety first....NEVER

Lennox also had a stellar resume, Wlad doesn't. Lennox also was a part of the great 90s HW scene, the 2nd greatest HW era, Wlad wasn't. And yes Lennox got ktfo but only relied on himself to avenge his losses not a big brother. Hence, why Lennox is regarded much more in heavyweight history than Wlad.

And here's the ultimate kicker. A fat, semi-shot, 38 year old, inactive Lennox Lewis still beat a prime Vitali. Wlad does not have anyone on his resume that is good as a prime Vitali.

Gotta disagree with the title here. First off bravo to Haye for selling himself when other heavies just sit around and do nothing David Rodriguez, David Tua I'm talking to you. And the brothers are doing a helluva job doing their job and thats destroying any and all contenders in their path and shame on HBO and Showtime for letting these 2 pass by when in the past we sat through Lewis vs Botha or Bowe vs Dokes etc etc. I think its a good time and I will miss both of these Hall of fame heavies when their gone.
