I think their is a question mark over the head of EVERY ATHLETE on the planet who hasn't taken a random blood test.

IT IS THE DUTY OF THE ATHLETE TO PROVE HE/SHE IS CLEAN AND LEGIT.

In boxing only a few have done that. In my book everyone else has a question mark over their head. YES EVERYONE! And it's not my job to try to show someones clean, it's down to the athlete. I can't behave like a pacfan. I can't go round saying someones clean when they haven't passed sufficiant tests.

I WILL NEVER SAY CATAGORICALLY THAT SOMEONE IS CLEAN IF THEY HAVENT PASSED RANDOM BLOOD TESTING.
It just so happens Pacquiao has done more than most to stay away from real testing at all costs.

See this is what I just don't get. Given how lousy testing is (including WADA) why any sensible person would take any comfort in testing results. Hell Marion Jones, Shane etc. never got caught. And btw it is the duty of athletes to obey the rules. Not to respond to irresponsible allegations.
