See this is what I just don't get. Given how lousy testing is (including WADA) why any sensible person would take any comfort in testing results. Hell Marion Jones, Shane etc. never got caught. And btw it is the duty of athletes to obey the rules. Not to respond to irresponsible allegations.

So on that basis why do you take comfort in pacquiao passing a urine test?

It's the duty of the athlete to prove they are clean.
