Mayweather is compelled to show up on court and testify. If he chooses not to, Pac atorney will file a motion to the judge for a default judgement, since the principal defendant sows no interest in defending himself. It will only take 2 weeks for such judgement to be made.
If pac wins this case, Floyd will have to pay pac a lot of money. No wonder he already envisioned this, and asked golden boy for 40Million vs ortiz. Really great move.
