    I can't stand Michael Buffer.

And I'm getting really sick of that fucking 'there's only one [British fighter]' song.

Add me to the list of people who think Wlad will win but will be hoping Haye smashes him to bits and wont make excuses if/when Haye loses.

    Thanks

I like Jimmy Lennon Jr. better.

I think the atmosphere in the Stadium will be quite different than it was at the weigh in.

The fuck do I have to make excuses for Haye for?! LOL...

If Haye loses - he was too small, fair play to him for taking on such a big task... He might be red faced after all the talk... But that will be forgeten about before long.

But if Wlad loses to such an unworthy opponent? Ouch.

Using your estimation of Haye... Wlad deserves no credit if he wins.
So Haye has little to lose and it all to gain... Why would I need to excuse him? Worry about wlad but it will be BAD if he loses... Haye needs few excuses wlad would need a TONNE

Anything can happen in boxing but I just dont see any way Haye can get to Wlad and do damage. Haye is going to have to walk through hell with those jabs, left hooks and straight right hands coming down the pipe. Wlad is way more careful now that he was against sanders, maybe Haye could have gotten to him than but no way now. Wlad KO 8.

According to you guys the WBA title holder is "the toughest challenger ever for Wladimir" and "a career defining fight" sooo although I am apt to believe its just a formality from here on out lots of people have placed Wlad in position to where they will heap praise on him once he wins.

It's pretty clear 13 is going to try to rely on movement to win. He really has no other choice and that's whay he remains ten pounds under where he fought Ruiz.

And strange things happen in boxing.

But I've been trying to figure out a way in which 13's movement can get it done.

He doesn't bob and weave or move his head much, so he can't get inside up the middle because Wlad's jab will wear him out and do so in short order.

If he tries to move right he runs into the little hook Wlad throws off his jab and I can't see how that's productive.

If he moves to his left I think he can evade reasonably well, but what does he land moving in that direction? Moving left and than having to plant to throw the right seems entirely too slow. Is his left hook a serious enough punch to make it the core of 13's strategy? When he stops to throw it, the natural Wlad move will be the straight right. Is that the right situation for 13?

What I am left with is an attenpt to fight the way Joe Louis used to. Approach the other guy until almost in punching range and then retreat six inches at a time, six inches at a time, six inches at a time, and when the foe comes in range by over pursuing then punch, and punch hard. We haven't really seen Wlad have to make the fight against a guy like that over the past 3-4 years have we? But that kind of approach requires that 13 have amazing legs and be able to not miss a beat and know precisely where the ropes are at all times. It may be 13's best shot.

I have no dog in this hunt and don't care much who wins, but I don't see it beign competitive. Wlad early.

Word. This fight, regardless of the outcome, is nothing but good for boxing.

    13?
The number of punches Haye THREW per round against Valuev. I haven't been able to find a fighter who threw under 20 in a big fight before, even a guy who lost! It still shocks me that a guy in purusit of a title could be so passive and so comfortable putting his fate in the hands of the judges.

But 13 won, so what the hell do I know?
