This video that Manny Pacquiao is perfectly able to undergo blood tests without too much difficulty. So, he has no real reason to object to random blood testing then, right?

Team Pac's concern is it will distract their normal training routine. The random test will be new to them, unlike Floyd who was olympian.

    lol now Pac is suing...

MANILA, Philippines -- Manny Pacquiao is not taking the insinuations sitting down.
After being accused of using performance-enhancing drugs by the camp of Floyd Mayweather Jr., Pacquiao now plans to file civil complaints against the Mayweathers and Golden Boy Promotions.
“Enough is enough. These people, Mayweather Sr., Jr., and Golden Boy Promotions, think it is a joke and a right to accuse someone wrongly of using steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs,” said Pacquiao in a report by PhilBoxing.com.
The 7-time world champion said his character has been damaged by false accusations, which is why he plans to file cases of libel, slander and defamation against his accusers.
“I have instructed my promoter, Bob Arum, head of Top Rank Inc., to help me out in the filing of the case as soon as possible because I have had people coming over to me now asking if I really take performance-enhancing drugs and I have cheated my way into becoming the No. 1 boxer in the world,” said the reigning pound-for-pound king.
Pacquiao said he has had enough of the circus being played by the Mayweather camp, which he had tried to ignore. “I have tried to just brush it off as a mere pre-fight ploy but I think they have gone overboard,” he said.
Mayweather, who is represented by Golden Boy Promotions, earlier demanded that he and Pacquiao should undergo Olympic-type of drug testing.
Pacquiao agreed to blood testing in January, a month before the bout and immediately after. He, however, thumbed down blood tests near the fight date.

    Time to move on

Arum tried to settle the issue by proposing that the test be done by an independent drug testing agencies being used by the National Football League and National Basketball Association.
When the Mayweathers denied the proposal, Arum called a halt to the March 13 fight.
"It would be reasonable to have some organization to perform all the tests on both fighters. We're not against testing. We just don't want testing right up against the fight," Arum said in USA Today.
Arum said he is now working to arrange a fight between Pacquiao and Paulie Malignaggi on that date at a site to be determined on pay-per-view.
The Top Rank promoter added that Pacquiao is also interested in facing Shane Mosley, who is facing Andre Berto on January 30.

Haha a lawsuit now he's really looking guilty. Come on nobodies buying Malignaggi as a real opponent and what Mosley is going to fight again two months after Berto.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Also why waste thousands of dollars on a law suit when you could just finish it once and for all with one small needle and a couple of days? It seems like a lot of work just for someones pride if you ask me.

first off youve tottally gone against what you meant to try and prove by showing that pac can take the tests easilly enough so there must be another reason he is refusing

secondly, did any of the other fighters you mentioned have a $10 mil fine placed over them for the weight limit ?? same thing

also i have never known other boxers come out and accuse another professional like this... and its guys who wont ever fight pac and have to no reason to simply try and discredit him..... makes me wonder why they would now

A random test is the same as a regular test. It's just that you don't know when it will be. I don't understand the problem, Manny is a grown man in his 30's. He can deal with this.

    Answer me this...

Did Barrera, Morales, Marquez, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, or any hall of famers deal with it before?

Not as far as I am aware, but likewise none of the fighters you listed have jumped up several weight classes and continued to be supremely dominant. Manny's rise in recent years has been nothing short of spectacular and now questions are being asked. Mayweather is trying to cover all the bases and I don't see how he can be blamed for doing that. Nobody would agree that it is right for loopholes to exist where drug cheats can slip through. Not that I'm saying Manny is a drugs cheat, but you do have to wonder why he refuses to go ahead with what on the surface seems a very reasonable request. A lot is at stake here.

If by 'training regime' you mean 'subtance cycling' then you could be right. I can't think of any other reason.

If he's not being a bitch and has finally agreed to the tests after being a little diva over it then why would people 'hate' on him?

(it's only hating when it's not for a reason)

If he has agreed to it then why didn't he do it in the first place? Very foolish... there's going to be a question mark above his head now that will be very hard to shake off. :-/

Great development. All Arum is asking is to meet Mayweather's demand half way, something like in between NSAC and USADA, an organization who does NFL, NBA, MLB standard drug screening. If Floyd disagree with it, then I don't know anymore.

But Floyd did not even mention this "random" tests during his previous fights...I smell something fishy here
