I was lifting weights not to long ago before i started boxin.(been in it for 1 month now aside from two years ago havin boxed 1 1/2 years)
I have fat and Also muscle lots of muscle losiong fat i seem to be doin godo but i am at 157 lbs. and plan to end up at 130 i am 5'3"-5'4". I assume im not goin to drop27 lbs on fat only so id figure ill have to drop muscle while gaining it during training.
My question is whats a good way to lose muscle?
