Beanz, I notice that the color of Queen Elizabeth II's hats tend to coordinate with the particular outfit she's chosen to wear that day, so apparently there's a method to her madness. You gotta wonder with 100's of hats to choose from, how does her highness decide which one to wear?

It is unlikely to hit her in the same way as the man with a mortgage and 2 kids on 22,000 a year and a job with a similar freeze on pay. She should rent out some of her rooms to the poor, yearning masses at discount rates to show that 'we are all in it together'.
