He's definitely taking stuff. He ignored all the calls to do random testing before the last Manny fight after he did some public workouts and there were a lot of people questioning whether he could look like that without PEDs. The he promised to do random testing with a proper testing organisation for all future fights and so did Heredia but they still haven't done so.
