Perhaps he's just biding his time whilst the Mayweather/De La Hoya merry-go-round runs it's course...who knows.................suffice to say he's arrived in a division at a time when it seems to have been almost hijacked by Floyd Mayweather.
I mean, there are big fights at 147 but somehow they just don't have the same lustre if Mayweather isn't involved. It's like the guys are fighting for 2nd place...and Miguels star won't shine as brightly as perhaps it should, till he gets his shot.
I think Cotto should push for the winner of Margarito/ Cintron instead of Mayorga. So in other words Margarito!
I really doubt Mayorga can make it down to 147 now without weakening himself.
