Hey didn't you understand my other post? Thought I made it clear.

I personally only EVER consider one champion per divison. Alphabet titles, whether it's the WBC, WBA, WBO or IBF don't mean shit. It's the fighter that makes the belt.

I'm merely stating a FACT that Charles Brewer was the IBF "world" Champion. That is a Fact.
So if the IBF decided to give Audley Harrison there title would you consider Harrison a IBF World Heavyweight champion? Despite the fact that he never beat a champion for it?
If the IBF made Harrison their "world" champion he would be their "world" champion.

Having to beat their IBF champion is irrelevant. I wouldn't class Audley as the real WORLD champion unless he beat the guy considered as the real WORLD champion.
