As you know I do energy work with people for cures more than training but there are links through the two. Intention is the major key to changing something or someones energy in those cases.

At the end of the day muscle and all matter, even a rock, is just energy put together in varying frequencies vibrating at a frequency that makes it what it is. Other than the final 'material outcome' the whole lot, even thoughts are energy vibrating into a storyline and then into matter. If something isnt working correctly you can change its frequency to match a simular thing that is working fine and the key is in the intention behind the thought.

In what your saying there Scrap, I belive that gentics and dna have a passed on and built in intention that is past along, even down to tastes, likes and dislikes as is found in heart recipients changing their whole genetic tastes to those of the donor. It proves that the neuron links work from the heart to the brain as well!
So they obviously Fire information both ways from the mind outwards through the body and from the body back through the mind, (which is where re training and re programming health cross paths).

There is much more to be learnt. Or maybe even just accepted in order to move onto;full intention based reshapeing.

Know where youre coming from Mate, with vibration. which long term is a form and crosses over to Plyometrics. Action and Feel plus response nueropshysicaly the muscle adapts. Problem is you have to get all the muscles to respond at the same time and in coardination with certain actions, and its not always about Hard Impact and injurys. carry on .

I was just thinking about how much of our learning comes from touch and feel. Think back to when you were learning how to stand on your own two feet for the first time. You learned through touch and feel, as well as trial and error. This takes hard work and awareness, making many biomechanical adjustments to be able to do so. As for improving balance or in performing a movement better I think that it'd be beneficial to get the mind in this receptive state of awareness like a toddler learning how to stand.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

something happens with adults. I have people come to me who seriously lack body awareness, they have no idea if their foot/hand/arm is pointing in or out, I often have to physically adjust people in to the correct position and hope they remember what that feels like.

I know if toddlers go from crawl to walk to fast they miss a learning curve that has reaching effects in other areas.

    funnily enough yes

But it's true though, I know with some people no many what we try and how hard they work they're just not going to get, something is misfiring in their heads, maybe they're just lost that body/mind connection. Some people are good at maths some are good with their bodies.

Missy its everywhere, to me its not confusing anymore. The Body, evolution as someone said years ago can be profound adapts just as much to bad practice as good The thing that Baffles me is How the bodys creativity overcomes the problem, or does it. Working with an International Footballer, someone sent me.Whats wrong Biomechanicaly is unbelievable, yet his ball skills are second to none. The thing is as He is He wont have a long career. Its our job to change that, early signs are we will, really enjoying it so is He will keep you posted.
