kendall holt and lamont peterson are far better fighters than what hattons ever been in with.........and beat

Jesus christ, shall we just stick ricky in with zelenoff and have done with it while were at it??
Wow, well since we're talking about you addiction to Hatton instead of the thread topic...................

Castillo was known to be in serious decline prior to the Hatton fight when he got a gift against Ngoudjo.

The Tszyu fight will always be a source of controversy, I give Hatton credit for making Tszyu quit, but come on that was four and a half years ago.

Let's compare them for the last 2 years shall we?

2008

Hatton
W corner retirement - over Malignaggi
W UD - over Lazcano

Bradley
W SD - Witter
W UD Cherry

2009
Hatton
L KO - Pacquiao

Bradley
W UD - Holt
NC - Campbell (ahead on the cards at time of stoppage)
W UD - Peterson

So in 2008 Hatton DID have a better resume than Bradley, but when you add in 2009 Bradley has had more success than a mile. As for the other things you talked about it's ancient history man, no way a fight from more than 24 months ago effects today's rankings.

hand on heart then killer...

If we stuck a 26 year old ricky hatton in with kendall, nate and peterson what would rickys year read so far....

JMMs year currently read 1-1...khans reads 3-0

by your logic khan beats marquez.....right??
I don't think you should be allowed to even type 'logic' until someone slaps you. Hatton IS NOT 26 YEARS OLD. That's all anybody in this thread is attesting to, he isn't CURRENTLY the top ranked guy out there(and most likely not the best) at 140. Noone is saying he wouldn't have beaten Bradley in his day, but that was several years ago. You are evidently in denial of this.
