If someone accuses somebody of something it's up to the accuser to prove it and not up to the accused.

If Mayweathers accusations go unchecked, then it will go on and on. It just happens that they did it to someone who has the financial resources to go on with a lawsuit. I hope this teaches all of those people involve a lesson.

Anyway, Manny already agreed to the drug test but wasn't given the opportunity to prove he's clean because the accuser did not want to fight.
    So they say.

When the negotiations were very public he point blank refused and that to this day leaves me doubting Pac has not cheated. I hope not as he is a great fighter and should the Floyd fight get chance to happen again after both mens next fights (although I think Pac could well lose to a man who has already shown he has his number a bit) I hope he takes the test and proves he is clean.

Manny refused what Floyd WANTED, not the drug test itself. But that's already under the rug. Let's see what happens in a 3rd negotiation, if there will be one?
