Last night at the Brentwood International Centre in England, IBO light welterweight champion Colin Lynes retained his championship over challenger Jauquin Gallardo by decision. There was an air of controversy over the scoring of the fight as the final tallies were shown as: 117-113, 116-113 and 114-114. Lynes had to settle for a less than convincing majority decision win over his American challenger and moves his record to twenty-six wins againe a single loss. As was reported earlier, IBO super middleweight champion Robin Reid dominated Ramdane Serdjane over the six round distance.
