WBC Cabofe Heavyweight Champion, Manuel "El Toro" Quezada, riding a 15-fight winning streak and is currently ranked # 17 by the WBC, is calling out James "Lights Out" Toney.
"When I heard the news that James Toney wanted to start his own promotional company and headline his first show my eyes lit up," said Quezada. "I'm willing to fight him anywhere at anytime. James, this message is for you, Let's Get It On!."
"James was a great fighter at one time, but he's past his prime and it's time for the new blood to take over," said Quezada's promoter Christian Printup. "If he's willing, Manuel will fight him under his new banner and send him into retirement."
Quezada, who's been working with Joe Goossen, recently sent out the message that he is willing to fight any of the top heavyweight contenders in the world and that message is still valid.
