Mayweather To Hold Public Boxing Workout In London Friday

As part of their three city press tour, Floyd Mayweather Jr and Juan Manuel Marquez will arrive in London this Thursday to help promote their hotly anticipated clash to be held on Las Vegas on Saturday, July 18.

Of special note is Mayweather’s first public workout since coming out of retirement, to be held on Friday, 3pm at Peacock Gym, Caxton Street, Canning Town, London E16 1JL.

Mayweather vs. Marquez: “Number One/Numero Uno” is promoted by Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions in association with Marquez Promotions and sponsored by Cerveza Tecate and Southwest Airlines.

The 12-round bout will take place July 18 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and live on pay-per-view.
