Manny didnt agree to random tests thats why hes fighting a nobody instead.

There were also other viable opponents, like Bradley for example but like I said, his management wont let him fight Pacquiao without the tests, the only fighters that will are Bob Arums fighters, which is why you might see Pacquiao in with Margarito

Manny agreed to random blood test up until 24 days before and immediately after the fight.

But Bradley has been fighting at the 140 lb weight division. Manny would be critized for asking Bradley to go up in weight. Give me another worthy opponent. And Margarito does not deserve to have his license back this early.

Then it isn't truly "random" is it?

If I tell you to pick a number between 5 and 15, can it be considered random? Random means with no order or plan.

& taking a test after the fight is a complete joke. The test is meant to prevent the cheater from stepping into the ring & potentially injuring someone.

But that is already above and beyond what is required by the Nevada Boxing Commission. Maybe if Floyd insisted on the blood test up until the fight, Manny might have agreed to a 14 days but we wouldn't know, would we? Maybe it's because Manny did not want to give in to Floyd's demand since he had no authority to dictate a new regulation. There are a lot of 'maybes' so I give Manny the benefit of the doubt in the absence of any credible evidence that he is using PEDs.
