As you throw the hook both should be pointing at 12, at the finish of the hook between 2 and 3. Feet move shoulders and knees. Also its a good practice to lift the toes it stabilizes the muscles below the knee.
Upon finishing with the R cross turn the rear knee to 12o'clock after striking with maximum leverage plus bending both knees 25%?
