Totally agree Saddo, far too many are being far too blase about this and this is perhaps a reflection of how far our societies are eroding when it comes to decent behaviour and the menace of booze and drugs.
I can understand doing it every now and then and having a pint once a week with your mates, but Hatton has been on the slide for a while now with the booze alone and now these drug allegations. Hatton doesn't appear to be a man in a very happy place right now and likely needs help.
Heavy drinking is something I don't approve of anymore and I am turned off completely by drugs. That's not to say I haven't done both in the past, but looking back I can safely say that there was nothing cool or all that fun about indulging in either. "Well done Ricky, you are corroding your liver big time and with your weight likely having an adverse effect on your heart! Carry on son, take one for the team!". Sorry, but no.
Hatton needs to look in the mirror and get his priorities straight. That footage will let down a lot of fans and it's certainly not the kind of thing you would want your kids seeing. Hatton had always said he was against drugs, so a shame to see that. You always hope that elite figure is something more, but he's not so far removed from one of the Mayweather's now. What next?
