High Hopes for Jordan Clayton

Tomorrow night, at the Holiday Inn, Birmingham Airport, Errol Johnson – Black Country Boxing – hosts a dinner show which features four professional bouts.

Topping the “High Hopes” event – Solihull Super-Welterweight, Jordan Clayton, is gunning for his fourth pro win as he battles Polish boxer – Marcin Cybulski over six rounds.

Last time out, the twenty two year old former two times Midlands Area and two times Northern Area Amateur Champion, gave a dominant performance over Andrej Cepur to secure a 39-36 points’ win – only marred by a point deduction for a low blow.

The Paul Webb (WEBB Boxing) – trained Birmingham man looked focused today, weighing in at 11 stone 2 lb while his taller opponent – Cybulski, came in at 11 stone 3 lb.

Saturday night’s event also features Brad Foster, Michael Cole and debutant – Ikram Hussain.
