Digestive system!!

I've always taken fish oils, ever since I did my Leaving Cert really, but the word Glucosamine keeps popping up at various boxing training sessions, I must investigate further!

I'm aiming for a tougher session tonight.
It was cool yesterday, so I failed to really ignite, but I'm eating a special lunch so i should have plenty energy this evening.

Funny enough i was going to mention that in me last recent Thread!No mate there's no side effects(Other than help your joints) whatsoever!!!!!!!You can buy it from more or less anywhere now(Due to it being really good)the like of Asda,Tesco or any other supermarket or shop!You cant go wrong mate!!Go for it!

Before you arrived at the forum Yvonee I dislocated my right shoulder a number of times.

More than likely I did some damage to the joints, so this would be a really greaty idea for me I think!
