As for being abused by Kelly Pavlik in 2 fights, well the 1st fight was a war. With both men hurt and the fight was dead even until Kelly Pavlik caught up to him in the 7th round.

As for the rematch quite alot of people thought Jermain Taylor won the rematch. Not me personally but it was very close, i would hardly called that being abused.

Yes they were tough fights and they did take something out of Jermain Taylor, but that still didn't lead anyone to believe, Carl Froch would beat Jermain Taylor. Who was largely unproven other than a tough win in a war against Jean Pascal, who wasn't highly regarded at that time.

I personally don't think Carl Froch, would avoid any fighter. I agree his style sucks and his attitude stinks. But he gets the job done and his opposition in his last few fights Dirrell, Taylor, Pascal. Has been pretty solid IMO.

I also don't think Lucian Bute would avoid anyone either, he took the Librado Andrade rematch and manned up and won without any question marks, he also has some good underrated wins if you dig deeper into his record.

I just think it was bad timing for both fighters, but i have no doubt they will meet in the future. And no doubt my money will be on my boy Lucian Bute.
Opinion has nothing to do with it mate...Like an asshole i sit and fucking tell guys on here shit that I hear from promoters and shit I hear from the fighters themselves and other people involved and then I get back stupid ass comments about shit like "Mick Hennessy will have different to say"...Meanwhile it was Mick who sat and talked out of his ass before and during the fight on How this was Froch's coming out party in America and how they are now positive they did the right thing by deciding to make this the fight to showcase Froch I say I heard this shit from promoters etc....

I should learn that by now from now on not to tell anything I hear from promoters and fighters on the forum because the info received from press articles issued by PR reps obviously tell the whole truth and nothing but....

So lesson learned...

Since the press releases seem to be the thing that is iron clad around here..

Froch vs. Bute is Next if Andrade Deal Fails - Boxing News

As you can read Bute agreed to fight Froch in England...BUT some idiot here will of course make this out as something not true...
You're not saying anything but hearsay.

Mick Hennessy is Froch's promoter, his job is to sell Froch. Bute's promoters sell Bute. Promoters don't downplay their fighter. Don't you understand that?

That link says - Sources claim Bute is willing to fight Froch in England Yeah that's some concrete proof right there, that's the same as what you've been saying. No evidence whatsoever.

Here's some proof () Froch was going to Canada.... Carl Froch is willing to travel to Canada in order to make the Bute fight happen, just as he went to Connecticut to take on Taylor.

"He pulls a big crowd in Montreal," added Froch.

"We're talking about 15,000-20,000 fans. But with the Canadian dollar the way it is, if you work it out in comparison, it's probably the same as getting 7,000 in the Nottingham Arena.

"If I have to go to Canada and fight Lucian Bute over there I'll do it. But I'd like to get a fight in Nottingham, for the fans."

BBC Sport - Froch eyes title bout with Bute

As CFH, ICB and POB have said, they all picked Taylor over Froch along with the majority of posters. To downplay that win because you take everything Mick Hennessy says literally is pathetic.
Well now that you have explained the sport to me I understand it all
