It was a beautiful sunny morning in Nottingham earlier this week as SaddoBoxing attended the press conference for the upcoming Carl Froch and Robin Reid clash ahead of this Friday’s fightnight at the Ice Arena in Nottingham, England.

Hennessy Promotions hosted the event at the very smart Alea Casino in Nottingham.

The top-table consisted of British Super Middleweight Champion Carl Froch, his trainer Robert McKracken and promoter Mick Hennessy along with ex- WBC World Champion Robin Reid, WBU Welterweight Champion Michael Jennings (on behalf of Reid’s trainer Brian Hughes) and a member of Team Reid.

It was a very professional press conference where both boxers gave huge respect for their opponent but admitted that it’d be different on Friday night!

Awaiting media had a number of questions for the top-table, which you can hear now on the streamed audio below……
